Forgot password

Password recovery uses short-lived reset links. This avoids sending permanent passwords and keeps merchant access scoped and controlled.

Ask your Edge product owner for a reset link. They can generate a recovery link without developer help.

If you manage one merchant profile, your owner can issue a reset link directly from the workspace.

Keep at least two product owner accounts in production. If one owner forgets a password, the second owner can generate a reset link.

If you do not have a second product owner, use your database admin process to set one up before relying on this as your only access path.
